I am a lifelong resident of Santa Maria and have dedicated my legal skills and knowledge to helping my clients and also improving our community. I am currently a partner in a four attorney firm. Both my staff and I pride ourselves on aggressive and honest representation of our clients. My clients cover a broad spectrum from for example physicians, certified public accountants, real estate developers, farmers, general contractors, teachers, business owners to retired individuals.
I graduated from St. Joseph High School, received my Bachelors of Arts degree in Law and Society from UCSB and my Juris Doctorate from the UCLA School of Law. I practice law in the fields of contracts, estate planning, wills and trusts, probate, business transactions and formations, business and civil litigation, construction defect cases, appellate law, agricultural law, real estate transactions and litigation, and personal injury. I am fluent in Spanish.
I am also very involved in serving the community such as being the President of Habitat for Humanity, Northern Santa Barbara County (whose mission is to provide quality housing for families), Vice-President of the Allan Hancock Foundation, Santa Maria Affiliate Member for the Santa Barbara Foundation, board member of the Latino Business and Community Council, and involved in numerous ministries and organizations at both St. Louis de Montfort and St. John Neumann.
If you seek quality and experienced legal representation, please contact my office. Our client’s successes are our successes. |
